Migratory birds having taken up residence on the ponds of Sigean will delight the curious. The idleness of the seaside is also part of it with the immediate proximity of the wide white sand beaches of Gruissan and Port la Nouvelle. The small, more confidential resorts of La Palme and La Franqui will welcome lovers of authenticity.
