On the ground floor, you'll find an entrance hall, a toilet, a separate fitted and equipped kitchen, a pleasant living room opening onto a sublime garden with a barbecue. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with WC and a dressing room with a study area. On the second and top floor, you will find two further bedrooms and a shower room with sanibroyeur toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The living room has a sofa bed, hanging armchair and dining table. The separate kitchen is fully fitted and equipped. It includes everything you need for cooking and all the appliances you need to feel at home: hob, extractor fan, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Bodum and Nespresso coffee machine.
Upstairs, you'll find a master bedroom with fireplace and double bed (160*200) opening onto the dressing room and study area.
