Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: (Relatively) good size room, comfortable beds. Got a problem with a fridge not cooling, that got sorted in minutes. Breakfast was buffet, good selection, some dishes change daily. Good location, a few minutes from subway stop. Walking distance to Tokyo station. No problems with noise. Great laundry facilities with a live status on the TV.

Negative: No communal space for chilling/eating (a few seats in the lobby, but that didn't seem suitable). No specific view from the window, although it at least was not facing the wall.
