3 Bedroom House in Hiawassee
First and the most important, this is our home and not a hotel. We welcome you to stay at our place, so please respect it and the rules we put together.
This excellent 2-bedroom + loft bedroom space Hiawassee retreat house features 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed, perfect for a soothing night's sleep. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine, guests can relax and unwind in this wonderful space. The 3 bathrooms come equipped with hair dryers and showers for added convenience.
Here are a few rules we kindly ask you to follow:
1. Please do not wear outdoor shoes inside the house. You can use any of the slippers provided, which you’ll find in the corner next to the entrance door.
2. Please do not use the second-floor doors to go outside so do not bring dirt from the forest to inside the house.
3. Please turn off the lights when you leave a room.
4. The outdoor string lights automatically turn on at 7 p.m. and turn off at 2 a.m. There’s no need to use any switches or plugs.
5. Please keep all entrance and balcony doors closed to prevent insects and other animals from entering the house.
6. Please also keep the windows and doors closed if the AC is running in COOLING mode. Otherwise, the compressor might overload and shut down, which could require replacing the entire AC unit, resulting in a penalty fee.
7. Please note that the fireplace in the living room is PROPANE. Do not use real logs in the fireplace to avoid damage and penalties.
8. NO PETS are allowed in our cabin. If you bring a pet against our policy, you will need to leave the property immediately with no refund of any kind.
9. Before leaving, please check that all doors, windows, water, and lights are turned off. Leave used towels and bed linens as they are.
10. Garbage: Please take care of your garbage, we do not have any service that picks up the garbage.
It is guests responsibility.
During your stay, kitchen and other garbage should remain inside the house. Do not leave it outdoors, as bears and other wild animals may be attracted to it.
ALL garbage must be taken to the "Towns County Transfer Station" at GA-288, Hiawassee, GA 30546. It cost $2-$4 per visit.

Do not throw your garbage in public areas, shops or park garbage bins, by a road or forest - the county penalty is $25,000
11. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. If the toilet gets clogged, it may take some time to find an available plumber in the area.
