The NKC Nook is the cutest bungalow on the block! It provides easy access to all that North Kansas City has to offer and is only within minutes of Downtown Kansas City, KCI Airport, and so much more. Enjoy two comfortable bedrooms, an eat in kitchen which can also double as an office space, a full size washer & dryer and a comfy living room with high speed WIFI. The Nook will comfortably accomodate guests traveling for business or leisure and is pet friendly with a fenced in yard.
*IDENTITY VERIFICATION- Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that once you have booked, if your identity is not verified you will be contacted by SUPERHOG to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in in order to receive access instructions.
*PARTIES - The maximum number of people allowed at the property at one time is 6. This is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.
* PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $35 fee per pet per stay that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full.. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is a fully fenced in backyard for those furry companions!
The host will not be on site during the stay however will be just a message or phone call away!
