House is on a very private beach which will make you feel like you are the only person there and offering gorgeous views. The house has an updated bathrooms and granite countertops. The house features 4 bedrooms -- 2 with full size beds, 1 with a twin bed and trundle pull out, and one with just a twin bed. The basement has a pull out couch. There is also a washer & dryer in the basement for use. Linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags are NOT provided.

Summary: The house sits right on the quiet sandy beach. The waves are friendly and there are few people. (You do the share the beach with the people in the house behind. It was fine.)The house is compact but served our needs well--5 adults. There is a wonderful wrap around covered porch, an outside eating area between the house and the beach that is protected from the wind, an outdoor shower. and LOTS of good books. Many plates, glasses and utensils. It is a little tight on food storage but we used the finished basement..an unexpected bonus with a fold out futon and a wine refrigerator--as a large item storage area. It is where the second larger full bathroom is. It is important to know that there are no sheets and towels--bring your own. Plenty of blankets, pillows and coverlets. We agreed we would rent it again if the spirit moves us. Our VRBO contact, Ann, was excellent. Overall it was a great experience.
