Two porches, with French doors that open up to a balcony aside the courtyard overlooking the garden area. The courtyard is shared with the back studio cottage apartment. The property is fully gated.
This Coastal Charm is only 2 short blocks to the Beach across Seawall Blvd, a 3-minute walk. Nestled closely to the Grand Galvez and Gi Gi’s Beach Club. The Beach Club amenities with full beach set up, is available to you for rent. Lounge chair and umbrella rentals, chair service, food and showers. OR you can use the beach wagon to take your belongings and enjoy the Gulf beach. Perfect destination for sunrises.
Once you reach Seawall Blvd. you are steps away from the famous Murdoch’s Gift Shop, Pleasure Pier, Galveston Duck Tour, Bicycle and Bicycle Cart Rentals, the Galveston Trolley station, Stewart Beach, Helicopter Rides, and more!
