Positive: I’ve stayed in many hotels and hostels in Yerevan, but this one is much better than the others for the price (+$80) in terms of facilities and freedom. It has all the amenities of home. It’s located next to the Botanical Garden :))), the Aqua Park, and close to Mega Mall. It's also very convenient for transportation because the main street has stops for all major buses, so you won't have to wait long to go anywhere. The administrator is an outgoing person who speaks Russian, English, Persian, and more, and is very polite. All the mattresses were newly bought. If you open the window, you can hear cars on the nearby street, but otherwise, there is no noise—it feels almost as if no one else is in the hotel :) not crowded , only two rooms for rent in whole hotel , most of the time you feel you are alone , 24/7 security and administrator is there and very helpful and kind I ordered breakfast, and surprisingly, it was much better quality than I expected, featuring homemade jam, homemade yogurt, etc. I'll definitely be back next time!
