Summary: Lovely convenient location but the property is very dated and could do with a refresh and some additional sound proofing. The beds were really comfortable and great water pressure in the showers. However every day our key cards do our room stopped working, sometimes twice a day and we had to keep going back to reception to get new ones - this was so frustrating when we were tired, or carrying shopping or it was late at night. We were never offered any remedy or compensation for the repeated inconvenience either.
