Summary: The service from all the staff was incredible and humbling. From management to cleaners, everyone made us feel at home and attended to our need which made our holiday special and memorable. The service afforded to us during our stay was always with a smile and nothing was a problem. Special mentions to Thava, Danial, Marcus and team @ Dinning, Sheryl, Filipino Mama and everyone that we came into contact with, a huge bouquet to you all. Thank you for your generosity and hospitality. The service provided by the staff for us was phenomenal which made the physical aspect of this review a distant second as personally my belief where ever i go, it is always about the people. Without people there is no soul in a place, there is no life. I can say with confidence that the staff are amazing different cultures working in harmony with each other. I encourage you to take a chance and book a stay @ Novotel on Stevens, you will regret it or disappointed. Thank you Novotel and keep up the great service.
