Summary: I tried to get the key to enter the property and the instructions the host sent were not clear. Had to call the host to get the key to open the door. The inside was very clean and orderly. Just about everything was available for our stay. The front window was cracked and taped. I understand that a hurricane had hit a few days earlier but why not hire a local person to replace the glass. Seeing the cracked window does not give a good impression. There was a hose just laying on the ground in the side yard. Had to run all faucets for an extended amount of time to get hot water. The so called dining room table was metal with metal chairs that are usually used for outside on a patio or porch. The ad did not say the bedrooms were upstairs. We are elderly and cannot climb up and down stairs easily. The water spout to fill the tub that has the lever to actuate the shower is very loose and almost fell off in my hand. No non-slip mat in the tub for the shower makes the tub very slippery. No grab bar to hold on to to get in and out of the shower. Dangerous. I felt I was generous giving our stay 3-stars.
