La Bella Vita Villa 24 is a beautiful Oceanview Villa in the community of Playa La Jolla. To access the Villa guests will enter via 2 security entrances, making it very safe and secure.
This is a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom rental with a living room full kitchen, patios and rooftop deck and bbq. The beach is a short 5+ minute walk away.
The Space:
Beautiful views from sunrise to sunset. Enjoy them in comfort. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds and 1 with a king. The Kitchen is well equipped with cooking essentials. We provide bed and bath linens as well as basic toiletries such as hand soap, bar soap and head&shoulders 2in1 shampoo/conditioner. We always ensure the villa is stocked with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners and dish.
Guest Access:
We provide our guests with detailed driving directions and check-in details, including the lockbox code to retrieve the keys at the villa. These are emailed 7 days prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Playa La Jolla is a beautiful beach community situated along the Sea of Cortez with the beach on one side and the estuary on the other. The community is gated with 24/7 security. It is safe, quiet and family friendly. The beach is pristine with soft sand and no rocks. It is about 20 minutes from town, so it is quiet and relaxing. Nearby there is Punta Roja Oyster Farm serving fresh and grilled oysters and crab tostadas, a few minutes into Playa Encanto there is a taco stand and nearby in Encantame Resort there are 3 different dining options, a cafe and a convenience store.
Other Things to Note:
Offroad vehicles are not permitted for guests within the community. If you bring an atv or offroad vehicle and trailer, it will need to be parked by the Playa Encanto Security entrance and not at the property.
