BEDROOMS & BATHROOM: ‘MOSS STREET VISTAS’ is the ideal beach themed retreat offering 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. This home sleeps 2 comfortably in the king bed and four more in two full size beds in the second bedroom.
KITCHEN & DINING: A fully outfitted kitchen offers all expected appliances and cooking equipment to prepare any size meal. The dining area seats four and has a full ocean view! There is also outdoor furniture to enjoy your meal while dining al fresco.
FAMILY ROOM: A comfy sofa, side chair with padded ottoman offer plenty of seating. There is a very large flat screen TV with Google TV. Wifi is free.
OUTDOORS: Attached balcony off the family room with SPECTACULAR OCEAN VIEWS is offered where there is additional seating perfect for a glass of wine at sunset!
SUITABILITY: Non-Smoking home. Must have an adult(s) 25 or older staying at the house during the term of the stay. MOSS STREET VISTAS is located on the ground floor of a 3 story building. There is one flights of stairs down from street level. No elevator.

Drive south about 15 minutes to both seaside communities of Dana Point and the historic San Juan Capistrano where the Mission San Juan Capistrano. Explore the Ocean Institute, shops, wharf, and restaurants in the Dana Point Harbor in Dana Point. The historic Mission San Juan Capistrano and the quaint Los Rios District in San Juan Capistrano are surrounded with charming antique shops, restaurants, and art galleries. San Clemente and the San Clemente Pier is only about 10 minutes further south.
Almost equal distant between Los Angeles Airport to the north and the San Diego Airport to the south MOSS STREET VISTAS is centrally located to all of Southern California’s entertainment opportunities. It’s also only about 30 minutes across Laguna Canyon Drive to John Wayne Airport in Orange County. Sea World, Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Legoland, and San Diego Wild Animal Park, and The San Diego Zoo are all within an hour drive or less.

Close to Laguna Beach downtown, restaurants, and beach. Convenient trolley stop close to the house. Needed to keep windows closed to keep out the traffic noise from the Pacific coast highway. Jeff was friendly and was exceptionally attentive. Overall good value for the price.

The ocean view from this condo was amazing and we enjoyed many picturesque sunsets. We are big walkers and enjoyed the strolls down to the beach. Comfortable beds and living room area. The host did let us know the condo is on Coast Hwy so we were prepared for traffic noise though that calmed down later at night. A friendly condo community with an atrium area out front. The host communicated very well throughout the stay including when a few mishaps occurred in the kitchen. It is an older building so care with the pipes is appreciated. Washers / dryers require quarters. A lovely part of Laguna Beach.

This is one of the best locations in all of Laguna. Jeff is a wonderful host always there for any questions you may have. I stayed for two months and couldn’t be happier. The neighbors are super friendly and the beach is just across the street. Honestly it was hard to leave. However, I will definitely be back next summer!

Laguna Beach in the summer is beautiful and crowded. But Jeff’s condo is close to everything, yet away from the crowds. Jeff’s home is outfitted with everything you could possibly need for a short- or long-term stay. It FEELS like a beach house, and the ocean view tops it off. Jeff was always responsive and communicative during every contact. The surrounding neighborhood is great for walking and peeking at the cute cottage homes and hideaways. Short walk to Pearl St for morning coffee, or a hop across the street Pacific Coast Highway for beach time, anytime. The free trolley makes it painless to get to either downtown Laguna Beach or Dana Point. No car is needed for this adventure!
