NO WEDDING REQUESTS PLEASE.
A one of a kind spacious 2 story home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with ocean and mountain views on a lush one acre. Located on a hill just above Rincon Point. Sleeps 6. NO MORE THAN 6 PERSONS ON MY PROPERTY ANY TIME of the day or night. IT's not a party house.
Do NOT arrive before 4:00 and Guests MUST be out of the rental by 10:00 A.M.
We need time between guests to clean and sanitize the home.
BEDS
Upstairs has 1 California King Bed in the master bedroom.
Downstairs has 2 Full Beds in the downstairs bedroom.
There is a fold away Twin bed and a Pack and Play and High Chair if needed.
DESCRIPTION OF THE HOME
UPSTAIRS
Has the master bedroom with a California King Bed, high end linens, comforters, pillows, and a large smart tv. Great views abound of the mountains and ocean. There is also a large closet with a dresser. This bedroom has a large en suite bathroom with 2 sinks, a toilet and a large shower/tub combo. Hand Soap, body wash, Shampoo and Conditioner provided. Lots of bath, hand and face towels.
LOCATED DOWNSTAIRS is;
A well stocked Kitchen with stove and refrigerator/ freezer.
The Laundry room which has a washer and dryer and pantry.
The Dinning room with a table and seating for six, and a long comfy lounging area.
The Living room with lots of comfy furniture, a large smart Television, lots of board games in the entertainment center. Large couch sits 4 and a comfy oversized chair and a side chair. See photos.
The second bedroom with 2 full beds, closet, and above the beds are shelves with lamps.
A bathroom located right outside the downstairs bedroom. It has a toilet and shower/tub combo with hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, body wash and lots of hand towels, bath towels and washcloths.
LOCATION
We are down the street from the world famous surfing beach called Rincon State Beach.
Great for surfing, picnicking, siting in the sand, swimming, beach combing, or watching the sunset.
5 minute drive north on highway 101 is the quaint town of Carpinteria with lots of restaurants, a theatre, antique shops, Local organic produce cart, art galleries, farmers market, breweries, coffee shops, hiking trails, salt marsh, a state park, and more sandy beaches. .
Just 10 miles to the north on Highway 101 is Montecito with all it's upscale high end restaurants , shopping and possible celebrity sightings.
15 miles north on Highway 101 is Santa Barbara with lots of sight seeing, a wonderful Zoo, harbor, Pier, museums, hiking, dinning and shopping.
20 minutes on highway 150 inland is Ojai. 15 minutes south on the 101 is Ventura.
Enjoy the spacious home with friends or family. Barbecue in the backyard and dine or relax in the comfortable outdoor furniture. There is an outdoor gas fire pit in which to enjoy the evenings.
Included for your beach time are 2 beach chairs, 1 ice chests,2 beach umbrellas, 1 wave storm surfboards and 2boogie boards. And 6 beach towels.
Provided are 2 Paper Towels, plenty of toilet paper, sugar and lots of spices.

NO PETS and NO PARTIES. The PERSON renting our home( with his or her family or guests) must stay at the property for the duration of the rental period in which he or she rented.
**** Please note host lives on the property in a small guest house but, Vista del Rincon is on 1 acre and has it's own VERY private space.
