Summary: This suite is part of the Garza Blanca hotel. The hotel is new and nice, so is the suite and housekeeping. The suite given to you will be on the lower floor facing the backside of the building Excellent place for family and adults The check-in process was slow and seemed unorganized Because this is part of time share, the location of the suite is on the lower floor and not facing the ocean, it is close to their main kitchen exhaust and this it was impossible for us to sit outside in the balcony Other than that this hotel is good to stay
