Treasure Island is a six bedroom five- and one-half bath Oceanfront beach home. This spacious home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The home boasts a nice, secluded setting with private walkway onto the sand to enjoy the beachfront vistas. This oceanfront home offers every luxury imaginable. Newly constructed Outdoor Bar, Grilling Area, Fire Pit and remodeled Pool Deck with abundant seating!
The Media room features a 60" UHD 4K TV and Blue Ray DVD player all with Sonos surround sound. This room also offers free Netflix streaming and an Xbox One. There is free access to Netflix from almost every TV in the home. The main Lower-level bedroom has a Nintendo Wii' system available to keep the younger ones happy. The game room also offers another large screen HDTV and another Nintendo Wii, a billiard table and arcade game to keep the Teens happy. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to challenge even the most ambitious chef, complete with Calphalon cookware. The expansive decks allow for gorgeous ocean views from the upper level of the house. You'll create your own treasure chest of vacation memories at Treasure Island!

Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.
Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.
SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until the housekeeping team has completed their work OR 4:00 pm check in time. *This service will not be available after the 2025 rental season.
