In the garage you will find beech cart chairs and kid toys. There are four parking spots. Outdoor swimming pool which can be heated if needed is very private and has one shower outdoor, patio furniture, bar with refrigerator and grill. It is only 5-minutes walking to Atlantic Ocean where you can enjoy the Beach or Town of Lauderdale By The Sea with Anglin's Fishing Pier, shops, restaurants, bars, bakeries, as well as park for kids, tennis, basketball courts and also Publix grocery store.
