Bring the whole family to Lake Martin and enjoy this spacious, waterfront home! Old Harmony sleeps 13 guests in its 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms! The main floor features 2 primary bedrooms one with a king bed and one with a queen bed and 3 bathrooms. The lower level has the remaining 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The home is located in a quiet slough and accompanied with a private dock and plenty of outdoor space including a large sunroom with comfortable seating! The open floor plan in the kitchen and living room is perfect for large families and features 2 flat screen TV's, a large dining table, a Keurig and regular coffee maker, and plenty of seating. The bottom level of the home includes a second living space with a flat screen TV, pool table, and access to the backyard withbeach area, fire pit and private dock with floating dock and stairs into the water. Lastly, the home includes a private boat ramp on property. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Summary: We were impressed with the home we stayed in in spite of it being an older home. Because some lights were burnt out it was difficult to figure out what switches operated which lights. It was annoying but did not cause any great problem. We arranged a dinner by a personal chef which was fantastic. Everyone in my family of nine enjoyed the meal, even the vegan and ten year old grandson. The unfortunate thing with this dinner was that the host did not give clear estimates of the cost. The dinner was worth the price, but we didn't know the final cost until the day before arrival. The total was greater than expected due to additional fees added by the host and the chef. I'd do it again, but not without a better final price estimate. All in all, the precious time with family made it all worthwhile and created several wonderful memories for all of us. We will look to re-visit this area in the future.
