COME ENJOY this BEAUTIFUL LAKE MARTIN RETREAT, featuring FIVE bedrooms, FIVE FULL baths, and large walk out private sandy beach. Enjoy a beautiful view of the sunrise from a spacious screened in porch with TV and double swing. The house offers an abundance of large windows with a stunning view of LAKE MARTIN from the kitchen, family room and downstairs den. The home offers a open floor plan with a large kitchen equipped with modern appliances which include a 5 eye double oven range, ice maker, wine cooler, bar sink and prep island. The main living room and dining area is open, yet cozy offering wonderful views with beautiful scenery from every seat. The two master suites on the main floor have their own full bathroom and large closets with luxury linens and towels provided. One has trundle bed and crib available. Also on main floor is queen sofa bed with gaming/TV area with full bathroom. Downstairs is perfect for kids with sitting area, large screen TV and pool table and outside covered porch. It also consists of king bedroom with a private full bath, queen bedroom and full hall bath and queen bedroom with 2 bunks (full and twin). The sitting area has a trundle bed. Private boat ramp and dock suitable for 2-4 boats, 2 Kayaks, floating tubes and various life vest will be provided on dock. Also gas grill on side porch off of kitchen. We have 7 TVs which include Youtube TV with fast and reliable WIFI. DID I MENTION, CONVENIENT to numerous stores and restaurants! Outside security cameras are on premises.
