The Space:
Perfectly situated in the middle of East Dennis, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, sits Acorn Ranch, the ideal location for your next vacation to Cape Cod! This 3 bedroom ranch-style house will be a comfortable home away from home to return to after a long day of vacation adventure!
Walking up the custom brick walkway you first see an inviting living room with flat screen TV. Through the living room is a dining area that connects out to the deck through a slider and has a nice view of the backyard area. To the right of the dining area is a full kitchen with plenty of cabinets and counter space. Down the hallway to the left is a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, two bedrooms with a queen size bed, and a third bedroom with two twin beds with room for six. Downstairs the high ceilinged basement is the perfect location to enjoy the ping pong table if you are feeling competitive. Also in the basement is a washer and dryer.
Outside of Acorn Ranch you will find plenty of space outdoors to relax and enjoy the beautiful Cape Cod weather. There is a deck with a propane grill that looks out onto the well-kept backyard. Walking down the deck stairs and past the stone beds and steps, you will be on the lush grass with plenty of area for lawn games and relaxation. Enjoy an evening drink on the stone patio or cool down after a day in the sun in the connected outdoor shower.
Scenic East Dennis is a beautiful area from which to base your Cape Cod vacation. Enjoy a lobster roll next to the harbor at the Sesuit Harbor Cafe (2.6 miles), hit the golf course at Dennis Highlands (.9 miles) or Dennis Pines (1.9 miles) or just spend your days soaking up the sea and the sand at beautiful Corporation Beach (3.4 miles).
