A vacation paradise in gorgeous Gilbert, Arizona. Five minute drive to our great downtown area, or take the provided bikes down the bike path. Beautifully decorated, clean, single level condo on the water. Master bedroom featuring king size bed, second bedroom has a full size bed and 2 full bathrooms. Great kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Equipped with a variety of dishes and utensils. Open floor plan with lake views from every room. Large screen television provided in the living area and master bedroom.
Property offers two decks over looking the lake. Upper patio has a comfortable seating area with a fire pit, jacuzzi & bbq grill. Lower deck has a park bench and tables, fishing/casting area and the pontoon boat tied off on the private dock.
The boat is friendly and included in the rental charge. It's user friendly and instructions are available. Great for sunset cruises! The lake is not suitable for swimming (treated) , routinely stocked with fish , catch and release fishing only. Fishing poles and tackle provided. Enjoy the 2 person kayak, his and her's bikes and the heated community pool located steps away.
