Pickle Ball, soft ball, tennis, bocci, lawn bowling, swimming exercise classes, swimming pools, multiple clubs are available. Biking and walking trails are within the community. Folks are friendly and helpful. The condominium unit is well stocked with everything you will need to be comfortable. There are 2 computers in the club house to use if you wish. But you have your own Wi-Fi in the unit. If you bring a bike, there are bike racks available. Covered parking for one car is assigned. Guest parking is also available.
Two elevators access the unit. YOUR OWN PRIVATE outside balcony is covered with a high table overlooking the entry for you to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. A separate dining area seats 6. The laundry room is off the bathroom, equipped with a separate washer and dryer. Ironing board and iron are provided.
The bedroom has a walk-in closet with plenty of room.
