Open Waterfront North Village of Waterside at Coquina Key on Big Bayou, beautiful! Fully furnished- two bedroom two bath condo on second level. Only avail April, May June of 2024 Comfy balcony to enjoy the ever changing water views. Lots of amenities, large pool, club house, tennis and use off South Village Yacht Club, many social events to your liking and so many amenities. Bring your Kayak, great launching available or settle back and enjoy all Florida has to offer. Tons of seawall to fish from, enjoy the plentiful water fowl and frolicking Dolphins. Minutes to Downtown St Pete where there is every gastronomic delights on side walk cafes, museum, orchestra, live theaters and movies, shops and the Ray's Baseball and Soccer even the Bucs in Tampa. The gulf beaches 7 miles away, I 275 for access north or south less than 20 miles to Tampa International Airport. Very Important Association only allows three times a year for less than a month rental. Please check for availability for shorter than a month before trying to reserve. Fees paid directly to the Association requires a $200 processing fee, a reservation/lease and an association addendum. Tenant info form, vet records if pet is coming and $25 per car for auto stickers. These forms will be provided once confirmed. Please allow a minimum of five working days to process. Any rush processing costs an additional $50 to the association. Only US dollars allowed for payment. photo id and a background on each person 18 and older: assoc charges $50 or use www.sentrylink.com for less. forward results to prop mgr. non us citizens to provide passport and any visa's. /Pet negotiable with fee $250 per pet fee.

Auto info: if your driving here: make/model-color -year. Tag number and state. Copy if registration. If renting an auto, to register vehicle provide info at on site Mgmt office.
Once I have the information I will prepare the forms for our office as well as for the association. These forms are: reservation form, an ASSOC addendum, rules and regs, contact info sheet, pet forms where applicable.
Once you receive your reservation filled out for direct reservations: you will Send ASAP a DEPOSIT of 50% if directly through us to hold the unit, Full payment if less than 90 days to occupancy.
Everyone: Send The Association check made out to Waterside at Coquina Key North association. $200, $25 per auto for gate pass. $50 per person to assoc for background if you use theirs. You should write the check made out to the association with unit number in the memo section.
For all US citizens and Canadians only: a background is needed from you for the association (www.sentrylink.com which is the least expensive back ground check service at $19.95 you can pay online, or use association firm for backgrounds. If you use sentry link once you have the results they are to be sent to me via email, you will need to copy and paste the results to my emaill
