Come stay in our charming, 1950’s home with so much character while modernly updated for your comfort. Our home is located next to Ortega’s Marina- and minutes from grocery stores, fun restaurants, unique shops, night life and fun roof top bars! Our home is in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. There are parks through out the area, many in walking distance. Ortega is such a fun place to explore! 15 minutes away from the Jaguar’s stadium, 10 minutes from downtown Jax, 5 minutes from NAS JAX! Great location!!
The home is a split plan with the bedrooms not touching each other. Both bedrooms have private access to their own bathroom- with the second bathroom having access from the main house too. The master bedroom has a private sitting area with 46’ TV, that also leads to the fenced backyard.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, silverware, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery, wine glasses and cups.
Publix, ULTA, and other restaurants are one block away, you don’t even need to go to the main road to access them. SUPER Convenient!
The separate garage apartment is fully occupied. You would share the driveway, which accommodates one car from the tenant and one car from you. Don’t worry, there is street parking, and it’s not on a busy road. You would also share the washer and dryer. It’s located in the breezeway in between the main house and garage apartment.
If you need anything we aren’t far. We have lived in the area all our lives and currently live about 20 minutes away.
