Large family home. Kitchen, living, lounges and laundry on main level, all bedrooms upstairs. The deck off the kitchen / main entry door overlooks the pool.
Downstairs is an additional studio which is not rented out, the owners use this for storage. You have the whole house to yourselves.

Woolworths shopping complex within 5 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive. Shops include a local local bakery, chemist bottle shop, petrol station, Lake Cathie tavern, Middle Rock Pizza. Andy¿s Chinese take-away and Fish and Chips. Port Macquarie Lake Road Industrial area 15 minutes drive, Port Macquarie CBD 20 minutes drive.
