2 Bedroom Villa in Wolf Laurel, Mars Hill

Beautifully renovated villa with a lovely view of the golf course and, of course, the mountains!
There are two bedroom suites (both with queen size beds), an open concept kitchen/dinette/living room area, two blow-up mattresses for those with 6 family members, and a private deck.
Our spacious kitchen offers microwave, coffee maker, stove/oven, plenty of dining space.
Curl up by the fireplace after a day of hiking.
The propane logs offer a beautiful atmosphere during the winters. Great get-away for Spring, Summer, Fall and/or Winter! The owner is a full member of the country club which gives renters dining and golf privileges. Great for the ski season also since the villas are located about one mile from the ski lodge and off the main, paved access road. You will truly enjoy this beautiful villa any time of the year!

BEGINNING SPRING OF 2023, ALL RENTERS WANTING ACCESS TO DINING AT THE COUNTRY CLUB AND PLAYING GOLF WILL HAVE TO CONTACT WOLF MOUNTAIN REALTY TO REQUEST A FORM WHICH WILL BE COMPLETED BY THIS OFFICE AND FORWARDED TO THE CLUB. A PASS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP AT A CHARGE OF $150 PAID DIRECTLY TO THE CLUB FOR ONE WEEK OF DINING AND/OR GOLF. GREEN AND CART FEES NOT INCLUDED.
Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Pet Policy: **Dogs Welcome! All dogs need to be approved by the homeowner - some restrictions apply. Non-Refundable dog fee applies $75.00 / per dog - maximum 2 dogs. Please note without prior knowledge to Love rentals there will be a minimum of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00 and equested for you to leave immediately - so please ensure you advise us BEFORE you travel. Dog owners accept full responsibility for the dog.
No Smoking / or vaping of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking / vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee.
We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 1 trash bag, dish detergent for dishwasher, 1 complimentary laundry soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 bath starter hand soap. But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started.

Summary: We loved the location of this villa and the views! Older parents were with us and thankful no stairs - all one level. Very comfortable upgraded couches were great! The only issue was that we would have liked to be made aware earlier than one week before visit that the access to the country club and golf requires 150 per adult for a week of access even though we were only staying two nights. So, we didn’t golf or make reservation for dinner at the clubhouse. Disappointing but didn’t ruin our weekend. We explored and had dinner at the Smoke & Timber at Hatley’s Point, which I highly recommend. Side note, there is a miscommunication with WiFi access that we couldn’t get an answer about quickly so that caused some issues with internet and tv. The check in email has one WiFi access info and the packet on arrival has another where one digit was written illegible. All worked out in the long run! Bring your own games as we did and enjoy the great stay!
