Upon arrival guests are met with a modern living room that features floor to ceiling windows which open onto a private balcony that overlooks the UMKC campus. The large sectional sofa provides plenty of room for guests to kick back and relax while watching a movie on the state of the art TV or listening to music on the Bose sound system. The wide open floor plan provides guests with the perfect atmosphere for everyone to be a part of the action. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all one open space which is great for entertaining. In addition, there is a powder room off of the living room for guest use.

There are two separate suites as the bedrooms. These two suites offer king beds. Each suite provides guests with a private on suite full bathroom which includes Tommy Bahama luxury bath products such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Guests will be provided with one large bath towel, one wash cloth, hand towels and dark make-up removal towels for convenience. Each bedroom features a Smart TV and ample storage for belongings. Two of the suites share a large private balcony.
