The Space
PACIFICO L1203 is a beautiful 1-bedroom condo that sits on the ground floor of the beautiful classic lifestyle pool. One of the few with direct pool access off the back terrace! This executive style condo is the perfect spot for a memorable vacation.
The condo is luxuriously furnished with everything you will need while on vacation in Costa Rica. The kitchen comes with full-sized appliances, and granite countertops. The spacious living room has a beautiful sectional sofa with sofa bed, and a flat screen TV.
The master bedroom boasts an amazing 4-poster king bed with high end bedding. Through the bedroom you will find the large en-suite bathroom with double vanities, and a large walk-in closet.
Getting Around
Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).
There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)

You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours.
