- Riverside county has a strict “no burn” civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited.
- The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons.

- Please note that the front gate is to stay open at all times per the owner's request. It is only a decorative gate and is not for security purposes.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation.
