Positive: The location of the place was great! The layout of the place was great as well.
Negative: Vacasa service was not good. I called because the pool was dirty when we checked in and the lady that I spoke with never called me back nor resolved the issues. When you rent something at this price point service should be excellent. It wasn't. They made us wait until the next scheduled day which was Thursday. The pool was dirty all week until Thursday (2 days before our checkout.)
Summary: Great location in Pam Springs but overpriced for the service we received.
