Positive: The view is amazing , and it is well located for a short beach trip. Lots of restaurants around.

Negative: The air conditioning situation needs to be looked at. The AC isn’t moveable and doesn’t cool the sleeping area as it’s too far. On a hot day this 18th floor flat can really heat up.
