Summary: I’ve been staying at this location since it was the Villa Paradiso and I always love it because it’s a mini apartment for a decent price.. Especially in the heart of South Beach, which you don’t typically find in Miami.. the only issue I have is with the online check-in.. I had to call several times in order to get checked in because nothing was automatically sent to me for whatever reason and there was no follow up.. Soo if I would’ve never called, I would’ve never been able to check in, but they had no issue taking the deposit and that hotel fee lol… I feel like the Customer Service needs to be better and patrons need dedicated access number(s) to speak to someone and the automated check in system could use a small upgrade, if the hotel can see on their end that automated emails aren’t going thru, there should be some kind of direct follow up on their end to make sure everything is seamless for the guest…
