Summary: Very nice home. A little traffic noise from the highway, but not bad. Owner is still doing some work on the properties, but there's a lot of potential. Only things that really stood out to me that need improvement was the bed, the mattress was too hard for my liking, the water control in the shower seems to be a little flakey, and the hot water temperature could stand to be bumped up. On the plus side though, the screened in porch is great, the close location to everything we wanted to do in, and around Cherokee was a huge plus, and the large backyard was perfect for our dogs to run around. The owner also made every effort to make sure we had what we needed to accommodate the dogs including 2 dog beds in the closet, which we didn't use because we had our own, and provided covers for the living room furniture. There's plenty of room in the living room for 2 large dog crates. Overall, a very nice weekend getaway for us and the dogs.
