This beautifully constructed brand new 5 bedroom 4 bathroom home in the Sweetwater subdivision of Bear Lake will be the perfect gathering place for your family getaways!
VIEWS VIEWS VIEWS! If you want Bear Lake views, this house is it. The most perfect Bear Lake home with some of the best panoramic views of the lake and mountains in the area. Both upstairs and downstairs common areas have beautiful views of the lake from the large windows. The large open floor plan is great for entertaining groups and hosting family meals. Plenty of extra room for entertaining and BBQing on the large deck, too, or just sit out and enjoy the serenity of the area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to take care of your group (and if you notice something that isn't there that you would like to have, let us know and we can probably bring it to you). The main floor features a large master bedroom with large ensuite with bathtub, shower, and walk in closet. The second main floor bedroom faces south and has twin over full sized bunkbed. A full bath is available off this bedroom. In the basement there is a more kid friendly common area with a large flat screen TV, games, a game table, and a pull out couch. The three downstairs bedrooms have a total of 9 beds (please see bed configuration below). The washer and Dryer are also found in the basement. There are miles of trails surrounding this home, perfect for hiking, 4-wheelers, side-by-sides, ATVs, snowshoes, or snow mobiles! You'll have so much to do that you'll want to extend your stay by an extra day or two in order to be able to get it all in!
In addition to all of the beautiful things about the home itself, one of the best features included in this rental is free access to Ideal Beach. Ideal Beach is just a short drive away and has not only has one of the best beaches on the lake, but also amazing amenities like heated pools, hot tubs, dry saunas, water slides, mini golf (for a small fee), open green spaces, picnic tables, playgrounds, and tennis/pickleball/volleyball/basketball courts. **Please note, amenities are not located at the home.
