The space
A wonderfully spacious and elegant ground floor apartment, set in a period house with lovely original features. A peaceful and relaxing place for you to relax and unwind. There is an enclosed shared garden area with BBQ and outdoor furniture.
The apartment is on one level sleeping up to 6 guests (one double bedroom with ensuite, two further double bedrooms). There is a spacious family bathroom with a walk in shower. It's located a few minutes walk from Olton train station, or a few minutes drive to the centre of Solihull with all that it has to offer.
The entrance door leads into a large sitting room with comfortable modern sofas and a 55" flat screen smart Fire TV, located above the mantle of a fantastic original fireplace with electric fire- the centrepiece of the room.
Through to the corridor - straight ahead for the kitchen, dining and utility areas, or right for the bedrooms, bathrooms and the workspace area.
The stylish modern kitchen is very well kitted with a Rangemaster cooker with 2 ovens and a gas hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso pod coffee machine (pods not supplied) There is a lovely dining area off the kitchen, next to French doors leading through to the rear garden. The utility room is equipped with a sink, washing machine, clothes horse and an additional chest freezer.
From the kitchen the corridor leads to a fabulous family bathroom with a walk in shower, further along on the right, is bedroom 2 which is a large double bedroom with it's own sofa and ample wardrobe space.
The next room on the left is a dedicated workspace. Leading on from this is bedroom 3, which is a comfortable double bedroom with ample storage space.
Bedroom 1 is at the end of the corridor and is a very spacious master bedroom, containing an ensuite with a bath and walk in shower. There is ample built in wardrobe space, and at the centre is a concealed dressing table.
Outside:
There is a rear garden shared with residents which has a BBQ and seating and is a relaxing area to sit out. Please note, there is an un-fenced swimming pool in the rear garden.
Parking is available at the front of the property for 2 cars.
You'll have access to the entire apartment, there is a downstairs cellar which is used for storage which is locked and unavailable to guests.
There will be some complimentary tea and coffee waiting for you when you arrive. Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person) as well as miniature travel sized shower gel, shampoo and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a convenience store a few minutes walk away.
