A stunning three storied Victorian terrace with 7 large spacious bedrooms. The property boasts two comfortable lounge areas, a dining room that seats 14 with a large fully kitted out kitchen. The main bathroom is fitted with a huge spa bath for the ultimate in relaxation.
Open the blinds in the morning to enjoy a spectacular sea view at the front of the house and an impressive mountain view at the back. Enjoy breakfast on the deck sat in the sun before going out exploring for the day.

This spacious beachside home is perfectly located opposite 3 miles of sandy beach, in a friendly seaside village that provides the ideal base for you to have fun with the whole family or a large group of friends.
Ynyslas sand dunes and National Nature reserve are a 5 minute drive and Borth Links golf course is a short walk from the property. A day out can be enjoyed in the ancient capital of Wales, Machynlleth or the beautiful harbour and estuary at Aberdovey
This tastefully renovated house is also perfectly located for surfers, water sports enthusiasts, nature lovers, walkers and mountain bikers.
The 512 bus runs through Borth regularly throughout the day from Ynyslas to Aberystwyth via Bow Street. The train station is a 5 minute walk with regular trains to Aberystwyth and Machynlleth, which will also provide further travel to Birmingham or take a train up the coast to Pwllheli with dramatic views along the coast for much of the journey.
Parking space for up to 4 cars at the rear of the property or street parking at the front.
