The space
Escape to this newly refurbished, spacious 2-bedroom home in the Walton-on-Thames, Hersham area with complementary guest permits included for on street parking for one car.
This fantastic location makes London reachable within 28 minutes and easily accessible to local towns and attractions.
The space:
Set back off the main road in a quiet residential area, you’ll find two comfortable, beautifully decorated bedrooms upstairs for a good night sleep. The master bedroom has a king size bed with ample storage and a double in the second bedroom with hanging space.
On request, we can sleep up to 6 by converting the sofa downstairs into a double bed.
Freshen up in the modern bathroom which has a full size bath and rain shower complete with complimentary body wash and towels. You also have access to a separate WC on the ground floor.
Downstairs, the entrance hall makes its way into a cosy front lounge with a wood fire and TV. We also have board and card games under the TV to enjoy together or with the kids.
Towards the rear of the house you will find a light filled spacious dining room, fully kitted kitchen and relaxation area with TV that includes Netflix, Prime and Now TV.
Opening the large bifold doors provides access to the south facing, secure, enclosed garden. The garden is complete with ice bath, BBQ and pizza oven to use at your leisure on a lovely day.
You’ll have access to ultra fast 500mbps internet to be able to work or unwind watching a movie without interruption.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, modern oven and gas cooker as well as dishwasher and washing machine. You will also find a range of cooking appliances and utensils if you wish to prepare a full meal at home.
Travel Cot and High Chair can be used upon request as it is not kept on site.
Dog Policy:
Before booking please message me in advance of booking with pet type/breed/age. We only accept small well trained furry friends. This allows us to prepare for your arrival.

- £50 is charged for extra pet clean
- Dogs must be well behaved and house trained
- Dogs must be strictly kept downstairs and off the soft furnishings.
- Please keep the baby gate closed at all times
- Any dog fouling must be picked up without delay
- Muddy paws must be cleaned before entering the house
- Please Do Not leave your dog alone in the property
