For liability reasons, the gated pool area is not accessible for our guests. You can enjoy the pool view from your balcony

Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg/Smoky Mountains are only about an hour away- so much to do nearby!

NOTE 1: We are new to hosting through VRBO. Until now, this has been a private guest home shared with our family and friends. We will be adding more furnishings before your arrival, to include a dresser, more art on the walls, etc. If there is something you know you will need, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate if possible. The second bedroom currently has a small sofa (pull out single mattress) and a twin mattress (we will be purchasing a bedframe for it. We also have a queen sized Aerobed if needed.
NOTE 2: This is our personal property. We have children who live and play here. They may be shooting hoops on the court, swimming in the pool, or playing outside. If children's noises bother you, this will not be a right fit for you.
NOTE 3: This apartment is above our detached garage, and therefore there are stairs to get to the entrance. If you do not like stairs, this will not be a right fit for you.
NOTE 4: We prefer tenants with no pets. We are willing to consider small pets who are house trained and mellow and not chewers/scratchers on a case by case basis. We have had pets cause damage in the past that was expensive to repair and so we are very cautious.
