3 Bedroom House in Spokane, Nine Mile Falls
River Haus is a relaxing peaceful place for those traveling for work to families that want to connect. Close to amenities and Spokane city center but far enough to enjoy nature. On the Spokane River and boarders, the most beautiful biking, hiking, running/walking routes are right out the front door. Large yard allows you and the family to enjoy the best part of the PNW, outdoor living. 20 minutes to DT Spokane and 20 minutes to the airport without having to go through town. There is rhubarb, strawberries and new asparagus plants instead of flowers in the beds, if you see something ripe, please DO pick it and enjoy.
**We try to use minimal products on the yard (spot spray) due to the proximity of the river. We have the sprinklers set to allow minimal water consumption for the yard; parts of the yard will go gold/yellow to save blue (water).***
The space
This multi-level home has 3 bedrooms on the top floor and a shared bathroom. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with large shower and private deck. Sleeping bags, 4 foam mats, and double air mattress are located in the closet of one of the bedrooms with a double bed. Extra linens are also provided
***RV/Trailer parking with electric also available, nearest dump station is minutes away at Riverside State Park***
The kitchen is stocked with a variety of cooking/baking supplies including a 5-quart crockpot. Basic seasonings and pantry needs are supplied. An Insta-Hot water tap on the sink allows one to make hot chocolate or tea without having to heat up water. (Please be mindful as the water is 200 degrees)
Highspeed wireless internet is supplied for remote workers with families, allowing you to work while the family streams movies. Wireless printer, scanner, copier and basic office supplies are provided. The remote work area is located on the opposite side of the living area allowing more privacy.
The dining area also features a reading area and games. This is a great area to read, relax, and enjoy the view.
Smart TV, popcorn machine, and pool table make up the living area and is a great location to have kids spread out on the foam mats.
Outside is the place to be with a large yard for kids, Zen Garden (adult sandbox) that both parents and kids can enjoy, fire pit, charcoal/propane grill with smoker sidecar.

Our driveway is shared with our family that live behind us and the neighbors next door, so they have access to Aubrey L White to go on walks.
*Security cameras*
As a reminder we have 3 security cameras to monitor the property when not in use: one outside the front door, one outside the back door, and one on the back of the barn looking at the 4-bay storage.
Guest access
This is a whole house access; the basement is open for emergency if a breaker is blown and for maintenance to access hot water heater/furnace.
The barn, sheds, and 4-bay storage are not for guest use, please be mindful when going down to the river to stay within the boundaries of the property. Please see picture in the house manual. The small shed in the fenced yard does have yard games and the light switch to turn on the lights along the fence. Guests are allowed access and to use anything in this shed we just ask you return the items after use.
