Relaxing on Raymond Pond couldn't get any better than this! The property features a spacious, open concept 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house and a heated/cooled 2 car garage. Above the garage is a bedroom in-law apartment with kitchenette. Walk out the backdoor, onto the raised patio and relax in the Adirondack chairs, enjoying your coffee, listening to the birds' chirp, and watching the fish jump. In the evening, take it all in with your favorite beverage and watch the breathtaking sunsets over the pond! From the patio, step onto the grassy yard where you can play yard games, cookout on the gas grill or just let the kids run free. Just beyond the grass you will find the sandy beach with a 40 ft. dock with a ramp, swim on out to the floating dock or paddle away on the 2 kayaks. We have provided water floats and 6 life vests.
Have your own boat? You can launch your personal watercrafts from the side yard. Don't have your own boat? There are places to rent close by. There is shared access to water, the property line is ‘flagpole’.
Can't make it for summer or is snow skiing and tubing more your thing? It is less than 1.5 hours to two ski resorts. And when you come back, you can unpack all your gear in the heated garage! Ever wanted to try ice fishing or are you an old pro? They do that right out back on the pond, join in on the fun! Don't forget your snow mobiles, there are trails all around the area!
