So it has all the luxury features - Convection/Steam oven, water softener system, filtered water, private outdoor shower, gas fireplace, 55' TV, an office with a view (not listed as a bedroom), luxurious laundry room, Toto bidet toilet in primary bedroom. Comfortable firm mattresses, quiet and peaceful. Pasadena is a 10 minute drive - all the very best of restaurants, Rosebowl, shopping, Huntington Museum, famous Gamble House, parks, hotels, on and on. This house is only available for min of 6 month term
