Welcome to Peacock Villa where everything you desire is at your fingertips, encapsulating both a beach vacation and the peaceful and quiet relaxing vacation you deserve. This beautiful home is tucked away in the north end of Longboat Key, where you will be immersed in Florida’s charm with the beautifully designed private garden in the backyard. Carefully handcrafted, this garden has native Floridan vegetation and fruit trees that are visible in the dining room with ceiling-to-floor windows. There is also a grill for a nice cookout, plenty of seating options to have your morning coffee or tea while you hear the birds chirping, and see wild peacocks roam throughout the garden, hence the name of this home.
As you enter the house you will see the open and spacious floor plan that is perfect for you and your family. There are three bedrooms with King and queen, in the master and guest room. The kids’ room has a set of bunk beds. For those that are working while on vacation, there is a desk in the bedroom and a built-in desk and chair in the kitchen.
While staying here, there are plenty of activities to do in the area, just a short drive away is Anna Maria Island and St. Armands Circle, miles of white sandy beaches, nature walks and parks, and neighborhood restaurants. This property also includes 5 adult bicycles and one child balance bike for ages 2-5 years, with covered parking under a portico. Additionally, Sarasota Bay is nearby with access to a public dock for fishing or launching kayaks
