It is located in Rotonda West which provides its homeowners and vacation guest with a beautiful 165-acre park, a new Community Center, five golf courses totaling 99 holes of fun and challenging play, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a playground, a pavilion, many lakes, abundant tropical landscape and wildlife with miles of biking and walking trails.
There is room for everyone in this spacious home with a split very open floorplan and over 2400 square feet of living space with open design and high ceilings with luxury Vinyl Planks in living areas and carpet in the main bedroom. This recently updated home is large with multiple living spaces inside. A Great Room with Coastal Seating, a Family Room with curvy sofa, accent chairs, a large TV and dining area make a nice impression once you enter the foyer boasting a nice view of the great room and the pool through the large glass sliding doors. This kitchen is decked out with beautiful cabinetry, Quartz countertops, Quartz Island, stainless appliances, and elegant backsplash.
The living room, dinette area, family room and master bedroom all have sliding glass doors that open onto the incredible pool area which overlooks one of the freshwater canals. Step outside and start enjoying and relaxing or entertaining guests on the covered lanai overlooking the pool. Lanai comes with a Dining Set for 6, Lounge Seats and Sun Loungers. The sparkling heated pool with bench offers endless enjoyment day or night and can be heated on cooler days for an extra charge. Theres is a Pool Bath off Lanai.
The split floor plan with a separate master suite on one side of the home, two guest rooms with a bathroom on the other side, offers everyone plenty of privacy. At the end of the day, retreat to the generously sized master suite with a white King bed, nightstands, dresser, TV, a bench, walk-in closets, en-suite bath with dual sinks, private lavatory, freestanding garden tub and separate walk-in-shower.
One of the nice size Guest Bedrooms comes with a King Set, TV and the other with two Twins, nightstand, and a dresser.
