Positive: The location was excellent in the middle of the old town with a huge choice of bars and restaurants all within the vicinity. The beach, harbour and main shopping centre are just a few minutes walk away. The Pension is on the second floor, but there is a lift if you need it. The property manager is a lovely lady called Pili who is one of the friendliest people we have met whilst travelling. She was very welcoming and definitely made our stay even nicer. She was incredibly helpful and full of useful information and advice. The four rooms are named after cities. We were in the 'Nairobi' which had French doors opening onto a Juliet balcony overlooking the street. The room was very clean and comfortable, with two single beds side by side. The shower and toilet are in separate cubicles, both with obscure glass doors - and yes, as some reviewers have highlighted, there is a small gap between the top of the doors and the ceiling, but if bathroom noises are off-putting or people are offended or embarrassed by them, then perhaps they should book into a faceless, corporate hotel or reconsider who they're travelling with!

Negative: Nothing. Everything was perfect.
