Modern 3 Story Home located above a great breakfast/coffee/lunch/brunch restaurant. This is the only residence around, everything else is a bar, restaurant, shopping, etc. There could not be a more walkable or convenient location in Old Town Scottsdale! 4 different outdoor patios with one on the rooftop. This space will always impress!

Old Town Scottsdale is the best and only scene in Arizona. The exact location of the residence is exactly where all of the locals and tourists shop, dine, and play!
Getting Around:
You can walk to anything, but if you want to bring a car there is a 2 car private garage included.
