Summary: My wife, daughter, a couple of my daughter’s friends, and I spent the long weekend of October 6 - 9 at Bob and Julie’s Falmouth house. We were in Falmouth because my older daughter ran in the Cape Cod Marathon on Sunday. Our first impression of the property when we arrived on Friday afternoon was of a nice, well maintained Cape style cottage. There are two driveways, one on either side of the house, so there was plenty of parking. The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, and we immediately noticed the water of Great Pond, an ocean inlet, a short distance away at the end of the street. Inside, the house has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The living room provides plenty of seating space, the kitchen is well equipped, and the three bedrooms are very nice with comfortable sleeping for six people. We enjoyed the spacious back deck and used the outdoor gas grill to cook dinner. My wife said that the outdoor shower was fantastic with plenty of hot water. I should mention that the property is dog friendly, and our hound displayed his approval of the fenced in backyard by having the “zoomies” twice within the first hour of our arrival. I would greatly recommend taking a stroll along the beautiful walking path that runs along the water at the end of the street. We had an awesome weekend and I would highly recommend Bob and Julie’s Teaticket home to anyone planning a visit to Falmouth.
