4 Bedroom House in Buckeye
Wonderful vacation home for your Arizona Getaway, Sparkling pool and built in spa. Complete with built in umbrellas for shade, and relaxing in the pool or spa. Located with easy access to 1-10 and the 303 Loop. The backyard looks out on beautifully landscaped paseo. The backyard patio has a new grill and outdoor dining table. Close to shopping and dining, hiking, Phoenix Int Raceway, Spring Training Stadiums, State Farm Stadium, etc. The home is close to freeway exit, so you can get anywhere in Phoenix area.. The home has 4 bedroom. The master is huge with a luxurious master bath. Upstairs has a family room with a T.V. Two other bedrooms, one has a queen bed , the other has a full. Upstairs the bathroom is a full bathroom with a shower and tub combo and two sinks. Downstairs is another queen bed and full bath. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A beautifully decorated family room and large 4K HD flat screen television. The home is ready for you, complete with beach towels, pool toys, we even have a portable crib. Our home is just over 3000 square feet, with plenty of room for your group to spread out.

Goodyear Ballpark, only 10 minutes away, spring training site, the Reds and Indians training.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a No Party home! No Smoking home! Sleeps 8 people! No pets!!!!If you have on music in the backyard after 10! Have more then 8 people in the house! Or if you smoke in the front or backyard you will be fined! I’m sorry I have to include this in the description. Dishonest guest have made this notice necessary!
