This is ideal all seasons. Fall and Winter: wood burning fireplace and huge kitchen and dining area to enjoy with family. Outdoor fire pit for s’mores. Summer: outdoor heated pool and spacious indoor and outdoor spaces. This is a family home and is kid-friendly. Situated on a cul de sac, great street for families with kids.

4 large bedrooms with 1 additional media/kids playroom that converts to extra bedroom. New media room in the basement also has a pull out couch. Total of 3 King beds, 3 Twin beds, 2 full size sleeper. 5 full bathrooms and 2 powder rooms.
The Great Room with a fireplace that’s perfect for gathering to watch movies with a warm fire.
The most comfortable den with TV next to an open kitchen, ideal for cooking and entertaining.

House includes kids toys, air hockey table, indoor basketball play, 2 car garage, Pack 'n Play, washer/dryer, 2 dishwashers, sub-zero fridge, grill station, 3 TVs, plenty of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. Full AC/heat.
Sonos system in the house and outside even as far as the pool, great for entertaining.
