If cooking is your thing, the well equipped gourmet kitchen has a 6 burner gas stove, 3 ovens, microwave and warming oven to show off your culinary skills. The dining table fits up to 12 people comfortably with 4 additional seats at the counter.
The yard is fully fenced and has approximately 1100 square foot porch/deck area to enjoy relaxing, socializing, and barbecuing on the natural gas Weber Genisis (available during late spring and summer months (weather permitting). This home also has it's own back up generator which automatically transfers over during a power outage so you will have uninterrupted service! The house is also equipped with automatic security shutters which covers all first floor windows and doors while away or if you just like the additional layer of security while sleeping and also aids to deter any furry animals from visiting!
