THE LOCATION...
The Midtown area of Key West is ideally positioned between the beach and Old Town. Just down the road from Higgs Beach, this location is a dream for beach-lovers who prefer to pack their coolers and towels and head down to the sand and water. Watch the sunset from the White St pier just down the street. Take a stroll to Salute for a beachside meal, or bike ride down to Duval St or the Historic Seaport for the most popular Key West attractions.
THE LIVING AREA...
As you enter through the front door, the tall ceilings and warm tropical vibes welcome you to Key West, helping your stress start to vanish. The living area has been carefully decorated with fun pops of color and an ocean theme that flows throughout the home. Re-connect with friends and family while lounging on the plush seating, where you’re sure to create cherished memories.
Beside the living area is the den, featuring a large flat-screen TV and comfortable seating for those nights you want to curl up and watch a movie or take in the big game. There is also a workspace for anyone who needs to ‘work from home’ located next to the main house guest bedroom.
THE KITCHEN…
The living room flows into the spacious kitchen and then into the dining room. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare a meal from the comfort of home. There is ample counter and storage space, so the chef in your group can freely create their culinary masterpieces. There is a dining table for four (can expand to seat up to eight), along with two extra seats at the kitchen bar. Or on those comfortable Florida nights, dine outside next to the pool area under the stars.
THE POOL AREA...
Head into the backyard where you'll feel a tranquil sense of peace; as the completely fenced backyard has ample seating on the pool deck, perfect for lounging on a warm Florida evening. The pool features a heater and a chiller, so no matter the temperature, the pool is the right place to be. Surrounded by lush tropical foliage, when you take the plunge you’ll feel like you’re in the middle of your own private oasis. After a dip, soak up some sun in one of the chaise lounges. Enjoy a poolside BBQ using the propane grill and outdoor dining table that seats four.
THE ACCOMMODATIONS...
** Master Bedroom: Featuring a King bed, a large flat-screen TV, plenty of closet space, a private seating area, direct access to the pool deck, and an en suite bathroom with a glass shower and skylight.

** Last Key Realty vacation homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
